Apply a small amount topically to the affected area two to three times per day to decrease pain and inflammation. It is a small jar but is very concentrated, containing 2,000mg of CBD (many other brands contain 100 to 500mg CBD). There may be a slight discoloration of the salve after exposure to heat and light. This is perfectly normal and safe to use. This is color change is totally normal when the cannabinoids are exposed to light and this does not affect the quality of the product.
