This one-ounce bottle of 1,500mg full spectrum peppermint tincture, placed under the tongue, is absorbed directly into the blood and takes effect in about 15 minutes. Relief lasts about 4 to 6 hours so may need to be taken 2 or 3 times per day. For a starting dose try 1/4 to 1/3 of a dropper of tincture twice a day (take 10 deep breaths and hold tincture under your tongue for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing).
