Pint-Sized Pina Colada
Makes 3 Servings
What more can we say?! If you like pina coladas...try this recipe!
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1½ cups 100% pineapple juice (we use two 6-ounce cans)
1/3 cup light coconut milk or 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Place the pineapple, juice, and coconut milk in a blender, and blend until well combined.
Pour into individual glass and serve with a straw. Add a few ice cubes as desired.
